Scotts Farm MenuOur pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven using homemade double fermented dough with a proving time of 48 hours for a deep, distinct flavour. We stretch the dough by hand and use Caputo 00 flour & tomatoes imported from Italy.
